Question Multiple same program open up

Recently I have noticed a drop in my PC performances, some games that were running fine like GTA V now have difficulties loading up textures when I move around too fast or Rocket League taking forever to open, then needing to restart it because it did not open properly and waiting for another eternity to pass.
I suspect that might be a RAM problem but i'm not a PC specialist
I also found out that some programs and apps in the task manager like Opera GX were opening like 20 times and taking up 20% of my memory and when I try to close one of them everything close, also some programs like the calculator open 2 times while I never opened them so I was wondering if that is the cause of my recent performance loss. Is that normal or is that the cause of it and how can I fix it

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
how full is the ssd?
Peripheral name: DESKTOP-QL12RPT
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz 3.30 GHz
RAM: 8,00 Go
System type: Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64

Windows specs:
Edition: Windows 10 Professionnel
Version: 22H2
Installation date: 2020-‎08-‎12
Exploitation system version: 19045.2130
Experience: Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

My PC says I have 2 disk but I think the first is an SSD
Disk 1: 15.5Go available on 223Go
Disk 2: 128Go available on 465Go

This is all I could find,I know there might be some missing like the graphic card and the PSU but that all what I could find without opening my case which don't want to open since I installed my graphic card for some reasons. There might be some other way to find out the spec of these but Idk how and I can't find anything online about it.

(Btw I do not have a gaming PC, its a normal PC my mom bought which I installed a graphic card, it ran games well until recently but I did nothing big recently and my mom nearly never use the computer and when she does its on word and nothing else)

free up at least 20% of space
What should I delete to free up space? The file browser tells me all my games take 1 or 2 Ko and Google says that 1 Go is = 1048576 Ko which Idk if its true but if it is, then its not my games taking up space and i really don't know what could take up space like that and I'm honestly scared of deleting files, I really just know nothing about PC's exept some of their parts and some of the parts uses. I have a friend that know a lot of stuff about informatics in general cuz his dad work in that so in the worst case I could ask him what to delete but he don't know what cause my problem

What are these apps and what to they do?
Also does your image mean i'm supposed to do a backup? how does backup work and what do I need if I need to make one?
Those applications will give a good graphical representation of what exists on a particular drive.

This is my C drive, in WinDirStat

Those of us out here who know what we're looking at can maybe suggest what may be a problem.

My Sig pic is not aimed at you personally, but simply suggests that data should always be backed up on more than one device.
Problems happen, often unexpectedly and without warning.

Does it take something special to do a backup? Because like I don't have any hardware to store anything other than my PC and can't afford a second PC and probably can't afford any special hardware if needed.

Some other storage device.
Large enough to hold everything you do not wish to lose, in the event you need to do a full wipe and reinstall.

But currently, we out here have NO idea what may be sucking up the space and performance of your system.
