[SOLVED] Multiple Server host eating up memory

I start up my windows and I'm at 71% USAGE I have 32gb of ram and I can't figure out what's happening and I have run virus scans.

what virus scan did you use?

where are you looking at the usage?

I used windows virus scan and it wont let me send a photo of the task manager.

Use BitDefender free for virus and Malewarebytes free for spyware.
Also update your windows to the latest updates.

If those did not work, you will need to format and reinstall windows as the damage has already been done.
