USB 3.0 is faster than eSATA and works well enough for most people I wouldn't worry about it, just make sure you have enough USB ports and the external drives are USB 3 ones.
Yes, an eSATA (external SATA) is faster than a USB.
But if you only have one, then you only have one.
But, depending on exactly what you're using this for, it might not make that much of a difference.

But wouldn't be more efficient with eSATA? I mean I'm gonna leave it like 24/7. So wouldn't be bad for external drives? Already one of my external drives making noises here and there...
