Multiple Users on the same computer at the same time?

Can I run two “systems” at the same time off of a single computer? I’m trying to have two people playing games (not super demanding games) on the same computer. I have a Ryzen 3 2200G, 8gb of Ram, and an amd HD 7970.

Desktop windows won't allow two logins at once. Server Windows will. You can run multiple virtual machines which you could have multiple people log into. But you can't share your graphics card easily. You MIGHT be able to have one person using the integrated graphics and one using the HD7970. But it wouldn't be trivial to setup.
