Multiple windows 10 licenses vinculated with the same email?

Hi...
So i seen windows have the option to vinculate a product key like winodws 10 pro with a email dirrection, but, i have several windows 10 keys, some of them are windows 10 home and others are their pro version even some two of them are vinculated whit the same email.
my question is, if i have lets say 3 windows 10 keys vinculated in the same email, they will stack up in the email or, when i sync another diferent key, my email will erase the previus one and i just have the last key introduced?

I had to look up vinculated, going to use that from now on.

I assume if you were to register your copies of Windows with the same e-mail, that wouldn't matter as each would still represent a distinct purchased copy. If that is what you are asking, anyway.

yes, sorry if it was not clear enough, I meant like for example I have 3 different windows products and they are all vinculated in the same email. all 3 keys would be saved in my email or my email only can save one product at a time?

I believe I already covered that question, but to be more clear, it shouldn't matter. Each license should be independent regardless of what e-mail account is used.
