My son just had a little accident with his win 8.1 laptop.
We are intending to buying a mid-range W10 unit. He lives in Germany so wants to have a German layout Keyboard and needs a German language setup. He was asking me if he could attach an usb/or wireless english layout keyboard and install an english language pack if he needs/wants to change in the future.
Is that possible?
