I have a Asrock n68 Vs3 motherboard and have been looking for a AMD CPU, I have found a few compatible but find the statement *multiprocessing not supported*. How important is this, I use the pc for browsing an a few games but would like to increase from 1core to 4 core or above hopefully to increase performance as pages and start up times are slow

Solution
There are two versions of the N68-VS3. There is an FX version and a UCC version. Both versions support Phenom II X6 (six core) CPUs. That is a multi-core CPU. You should be able to do anything with a Phenom II X4 or X6.

Yes, thanks I can see that but on all of them it says multiprocessing not supported and I don't know how important multiprocessing is, I also looked at fx800 and fx6000 series which are compatible with motherbpard (FX series) but they also say multiprocessing not supported. Thanks for your reply (hopefully) in advance
