multisampling vs adaptive multisampling vs supersampling

hello everyone, i was just wondering what i should use to get the best performance? im a guy that prefers performance over quality.

system specs
AMD 5670
i5 2400 3.10ghz
4gb ram

is there a way to tun in off in the video card settings?, i only see the 3 options.

use adaptive if you want the best performance. otherwise turn off AA altogether and use a software method like smaa. i personally love smaa and its very very hard to see the differences unless you do side by side screen stills.
