Multitasking System

Hi Guys,

1st time here, looking for some advice.

Im going to build my self a new PC. Unfortunately my budget isnt huge.

The system is going to be used for everyday multitasking, NOT gaming.

Im trying to decide which CPU then build around that.

Im currently considering an i3-3220 or 3225, can't stretch to an i5. Is there a viable alternative from AMD in the same or lower price bracket? a lot of benchmark tests seem to go against AMD but wondered if anyone has real life experience.

For multitasking get amd fx 6300.i beleive it is better than i3 in multitasking and also in gaming.

Definitely FX6300, AMD is not bad at all, despite what people tend to think.
