Question Multithreaded Rendering in Fortnite makes my game stutter every 5-10 second

Basically title - My framerate drops to exactly 30 every 5-10 seconds. Any ideas what it might be? thank you

// No problem if it's turned off, but there should be an fps increase with it turned on, so I really wanna figure out why it makes my game stutter instead of boosting the fps.

RAM: 16 dual channel DDR3 666mhz
Motherboard: MSI X79A-GD65
GPU: GTX 1050 TI
PSU: 650watt

Some games don't like multi threading and you will sometimes see a performance hit with it enabled.

I edited the post with my specs - also I'm playing 1856x1080 with everything set to low
