I've done alot of reading, and searching, and still have little understanding of ssd's when comparing them to each other, i am pc proficient, but not up to date. Just recently built my new pc and looking for an ssd to use for windows drive.

What is the real world difference between these 2 drives? Is it worth the price difference?
Do you recommend either for a boot drive?
Are there other drives in this price range(under 200$) that are far superior or more reliable, or 240gb and still decent?

The DX is the fastest SSD Mushkin has, in addition to Toshiba branded synchronus (read/write same speed) NAND. The MX has some generic synchronous NAND, and the base model has asynchronous NAND.
