I recently bought a 128 stick of PC133 Mushkin Ram at Rev 1.5. Anyone had success overclocking their FSB past 133??

Mushkin is good RAM- but it does depends on the CAS rating. If it's CAS2 you might be able to get it to 150mhz. CAS3- maybe 140mhz.

My Crucial 133 runs fine at 146 Cas2 and far above that at Cas3

You mean memory bus right?? Cause I got <b>REV2</b> at 150MHz CAS2 but my FSB on my TBird is only 2x113.

I have my gig Athlon 'C' at 150fsb x 8.5 multiplier for 1275mhz, but Sisoft reports my memory latency at 3 when I set it 2 in the bios??? Does it default to 3 when I push the envelope on the FSB? Or have I paid for Cas3 memory??
