Hey,
I'm building this pc primaraly for music production but will be playing games also.
I have this list of components. I already own an 500gb SSD though.
Im just really wondering about the conpatibility if the items and if any ghing us restricting the performance of anything else.

Solution
Just use an SSD, 128GB is fine, for the boot drive, installing Windows and installing your music production apps.

And then a 2nd SSD, maybe 256GB, for the scratch/media cache drive for the music production app.

The Barracuda should be OK as a 3rd hard drive for running games from.

Depending on the music production app, it might call for more RAM. But once you install the software you can check easily if that'll be necessary.
