Question Must downclock or it crash

Hello everyone !
It's been a while that i have an issue with my graphics card, like when i play a game, often screens will turn blacks and gpu fans will go to 100%, so i found a way to counter that, i must downclock my GPU by 5%, but for me it isn't a real solution for me. So if you have an idea i take it !

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
cpu/gpu temp during the game?

I actually have Mb: Aorus b450m
GPU: RX590 gigabyte
CPU:Ryzen 5 2600
Memory 2x8 Ballistix 2666mhz
PSU: Seasonic 620w bronze

And in game, the gpu reaches 65°C, the max i saw was 70°C
CPU is often around 50°C

Hello!
Having the same problem for the last 2 months.
Trying diferent drivers combinations, last 5 nvidia drivers with DDU, 3 different fresh win10 installs, tried all different DWM and kernel power 41 solutions from this post (https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/gpu-crashing-under-load.3527611/ )

Nothing worked for me... no more ideas, just RMA now...
