Have been trying to get Tech Support for over a month!! Mustek A3 1200S wont save scans! Problem: scans great, then pop up "your scan is already saved" (which it is NOT), then deletes the scan! No scan saved!! Grrrr! Scanner connects to computer fine (Dell PC, Windows 7). Tried all troubleshooting, this is not mentioned in any doc. Scanner is only 3 months old! Tech Support wont answer!! HELP
