What I would like to achieve
Stereo for PC speakers, 2x Polk Audio RTI A1
7.2 Atmos Home Theater in another room using
Front and Atmos, Klipsch R-625FA
Center Klipsch R-25C
Rear X 2 Polk TL1
Sub X 2 Polk PSW10 10"

Muti room doesn't have to play simultaneously.
I would like to do this as budget-friendly as I can.
It seems that a 9-channel receiver is very pricy
Specific hardware/software would be appreciated

All media is output from PC
My TV is Samsung UN55MU6300 55-Inch
My Video card is RTX 2070 Super with 3 pc monitors and above TV
My external Audio is Sound Blaster Omni Surround 5.1
My Current receiver is Onkyo TX-SR383
My Movie Player Kodi with zero stolen copyrighted property installed
Any help and insight would be most appreciated.
Thanks to robert600 and kerberos_20 for pitching in on the original post!!!

Here is what I want to accomplish
2 speakers for PC and in another room an Atmos home theater with 2 rear 1 center 2 Sub and Klipsch 2 R-625FA Dolby Atmos Floorstanding Speaker. 7.2
I currently use an Onkyo TX-SR383 receiver to have stereo at PC and 5.2 in the home theater room.
I just bought the Klipsch R-625FA, Main channel, and Hight channel
All media comes from the PC via a Sound Blaster Omni Surround 5.1 and HDMI via RTX 2070 Super Gaming vid card
The question:
Can I or should I use the current TX-SR383 7.2 receiver for the home theater room and get another receiver for the 2-channel PC speakers Polk Audio RTI A1?
How should I get 2 channels for PC and 7.2 for home theater from my PC
9.2 receivers are pricy
Any help and insight would be most appreciated.
Hmmm ... I think you are misinterpretting the ability of your TX-SR383. To decribe it as a "Atmos home theater" is not accurate. The 'height' channel that it allows for is not Atmos ... it cannot process either Atmos or DTS:X. The best it can do is Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD lossless surround codecs.

You know your right I was going to buy an Atmos but in end I didn't, Thank you for catching that,
