Mutliple ASUS chipset update

Hello Everyone! I just build my first computer and it is working awesomly well but I realise that I didn't update the motherboard chipset driver. I have a Asus A68HM-E motherboard and on the chipset driver of this paticular card there is 3 update... Do I download all of them or only the last one? There seems to be a big difference in size between the middle and last one... thanks!

Always use the latest driver. The others are just there in case someone wants to roll back to an earlier version.
But if you are running Win 7,8, or 10 MS will eventually give you the option of installing it in one of the Win Updates anyway.
