MX-4 to repaste my notebook

Can i use MX-4 to repaste my gpu and cpu on my notebook? The notebook model is Samsung rc-530 with i7-2630qm and gt540m 1gb ddr3

I like Gelid GC-Extreme as it's in the top 5 and comes with a spreader and stays"spreadable" a decent amount of time.

Shin Etsu is my 2nd favorite

IC Diamond performs excellent but it needs to be warmed up b4 use and is hard to spread once it cools.

AS5 curing tome is a PITA
