MX518 acting weird

I bought this mouse some months ago and I really hate this mouse. Well the problem is that when I move my mouse to the left and right and vice versa the cursor starts to go up the screen. When I move the cursor down it is kind of stiff and hard to move but it goes up well. I have mouse acceleration disabled in windows and in setpoint and have also tried different mouse fixes like CPL. Setpoint version is up to date. I used razer lachesis and copperhead before and the CPL mousefix worked with those mouses well. I am not even sure if this is the mouse acceleration but it makes the mouse really uncontrollable and is really annoying.
