That looks pretty decent, there's no need for a BD-R drive anymore unless you use it for backups. There's also no need for a liquid cooler for a locker processor (I'm guessing Cyberpower?).

That will get you a much better graphics card and power supply and still comes in under budget, and is infinitely better than anything you can get from Cyberpower.
