Everything looks fairly solid to me but i would advise against the GTX 1060 3GB. Not only is 3GB pretty little for some modern games at higher settings (yes even 1080p) it has been watered down quite a bit from the 6GB 1060 so i suggest spending a little more to get the GTX 1060 6GB it's well worth it. If not, the RX 480 4GB should be around the price of the 1060 3GB and is generally the stronger card and of course has more VRAM to give it more headroom when cranking up those settings. I recommend this card, it's an aftermarket 8GB RX 480 going for $5 more than your card and...

I just added in the gtx 1060 6gb version. I am still running with the Rosewill PSU as it will be easier to work with, as this is a first time build for me. I will be adding more ram sooner or later, so not to worry. Anyway I only plan on running Csgo, tf2, Dota, OW, maybe some bf1 and perhaps tomb raider. I am willing to sacrifice some video quality to squeeze out better frames
