My EVGA 1070 SC black edition is not giving a display to my monitor and neither is my motherboard as well.

Ryzen 5 1400
Radeon RX 580 4gb
MSI Bazooka B350m motherboard
8 gigs of ram

When I turn on my pc my 1070 fans spin at the max and the led light bar thing works its getting enough power and I have tried draining all the power. Uninstalling my drivers. Made sure that it was plugged in and fully seated I feel there is nothing left to do.

You won't get a display from the motherboard connectors because the Ryzen 5 has no graphics chip. So nothing wrong there.

Bit confused here --- which graphics card is installed?

EVGA 1070 or RX 580 ???
You've mentioned both ???
Please clear up the confusion.

What is make & model of the PSU which you forgot to include in the specs?
Have you connected required power cable(s) to the card?

The 580 whenever I want to see a display but I want the 1070 to be installed to a point where I can see a display I cant figure out the make and model of the psu but I do know its 450 watts is that to low? I just figured since it lights up and runs like its working its enough and yes the power supply plug ins are fully working and plugged in

I have ran the pc with the 580 for 2 years now and when I plug in the 1070 everything powers on and no smoke or anything is damaged afterwards
