Question My 1070ti is not performing like it used to

My 1070ti has been decreasing in performance. For example in Rainbow Six Siege I used to get around 160-180 fps but I now cannot even get into 100 frames with only high settings. My friends with 1060's are outperforming my card. I know this is a software issue but I do not know what it could be. My specs are listed below:
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700
MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk
RAM: 16gb 2133
PSU: EVGA supernova 650W gold
Any help would be greatly appreciated

What drivers on the gpu? What bios on the motherboard? What type of drive are you using, hd or ssd? What chipset drivers are you using for AMD?

I have the most recent nvidia drivers for my card, I have my games on a 4tb hard drive that is fairly new . the bios is just msi bios version 7A34v19 and the most recent chipset

Are you using GeForce Experience to set your gpu settings? Yeah your bios is like 4 bios old. Try bios number 7A34v1L it will update pcie, and your aegsa and make it current. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B350-TOMAHAWK#down-bios

Sorry I didn't finish my thought on Geforce Experience. Don't use it. Set the settings yourself.

I do not use GeForce experience to set graphics settings, and how do I update my bios? I am not so sure since this would be my first time doing this
*I did not know there was a difference between the tomahawk and the tomahawk arctic I have the an arctic. so which bios should I install?

So I figured out which bios update to install and it increased my frames by 30 fps, it is still not where it was but, it is a significant improvement.
