My 1080ti isn't preforming great

Okay so i had this problem with my 1080. Im playing arma 3 and cannot even get 60 fps on 720p at the lowest. I thought it was my gpu for some reason. I got the 1080ti and still barely any performance increase. I think it may be my power supply as i just upgraded it. I have a 750w gq evga A I7 8700K & 16gb of ddr4 ram . I dont think anything is bottle necking but really annoyed over this ;( I know arma is really optimised but other people with 1060's get better fps on me

Not a solution, but the first thing to try really: have you run other benchmarks? Other games? It's essential to know if your problem is with Arma 3 specifically, or a general problem thus caused by your PC.

Well I mean other games I play are only really fortnite gta and a bit of pubg and everything is fine. 100 fps on pubg and gta and like 150 on fortnite.
