Old workhorse is sick - one post beep and won’t boot at all, screen stays black. Not even the Asus / bios screen flashes. Lights light, fans spin. It has been subjected to numerous household circuit breaker resets over the years, though nothing recent. Any suggestions? Or just move on?

System:
CPU - Intel Core i7-920 Bloomfield 2.66 GHZ
Cooler - Scythe SCMG-2100 w/push-pull fan config
Mobo - ASUS P6T LGA1366
Memory - Kingston HyperX 12GB DDR3 1600
Graphics card - Gigabyte GTX 660 2GB GDDR5
PSU - Cooler Master RS700

One short beep means the system should be functioning normally (or there isn't a keyboard detected.) Check all video (and keyboard) connections, reseat GPU; RAM too, to be sure, then try again. All fans and lights being operational plus the single beep leads me to believe that either there is some small problem that has been overlooked (such as a loose connection) or there is a problem with the GPU, causing there to be nothing displayed
