Solution
1) I would go with GTX 950 at that price point or the new R9 370 if you don't want to spend a bit more on the 950.
2) EVGA 500W please. If you could stretch your budget make sure you have at least a Tier 3 PSU: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
3) Barracudas are not as reliable and fail more frequently than WD Caviar Blue 1TB.
4) Get 212 EVO/Plus for the same price - better cooling. If you won't overclock, stay with the stock cooler.
5) 16GB of RAM is useless over 8GB in gaming.
