My 1TB Hard drive only shows as 30mb in disk manager

Hi! So I bought this used Western Digital 1 TB hard drive, and when I plug it into my computer, it only shows up as 30mb. I tried checking computer management, in disk manager, and it shows up as 30mb there as well. What do I have to do to make it 1TB?

might be why they sold it...

download speccy and check the storage tab and look at smart scores, i don't expect them to be very good
