Question my 2080 cant hit overclocks as high as it did a couple of days ago

My 2080 XC Ultra could easily hit 2070 mhz a couple of days ago stable. but when I started my computer today, it crashes at that oc and can only clock to 1940 mhz. What happened?

nvm it hits 2055 but then drops down 15mhz to 2040. Can I stop this from happening?
