Question My 2080 keeps reaching the mid 80 degrees Celsius mark, any idea how to get lower?

I have a factory over clocked rtx 2080. Problem is, it is a prebuilt omen obelisk, so there isn't much room in the case to do much. Ideally for longevity I would like it to stay lower than 80°c. Build is here. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hp-ome...inish-in-shadow-black/6285801.p?skuId=6285801

Download MSI Afterburner and create a aggressive fan curve (100% fans by 80C) and see if that helps.

If it doesn't help much then check the front of the case and see if it's possible to add some fans for intake.

Another option is to replace the thermal paste on the GPU (MX4).

Leaving the side panel off will help lower the temp but you'll find yourself cleaning the system of dust more often.
