My 2600 HP printer is ready but PC says offline

I have had my HP 2660 printer checked and all is OK, but when I try to print, the PC says printer is offline. What can i do to solve the problem?

I tried alot of different things when my HP printer was offline including Reset to Factory Settings. Finally found this ...Try a "Cold Reset" . Turn printer off then press the "Go" or green check button while turning back on again. Hold for a few seconds until another menu comes up. COld REset should be an option. It seems to restore beyond the Factory Settings option.
