My 2nd Hard drive doesn't show in "This PC"

I have 2 Hard drives currently, my main one holding the Windows 10 OS is a 240GB SanDisk SSD, and my 2nd one is a 1TB WDC WD10EZEX-00RKKA0 HDD. My 2nd Hard drive- which has videos, pictures, and other documents- is not showing up in "This PC" area. Also, in this picture, I'm confused, as it looks as if my SSD is the Boot Disk, but my 2nd Hard drive holds Windows 10 OS.

Is there any way to fix these problems without deleting anything on my 2nd Hard drive, I don't mind about the SSD, but I'd really like to keep everything on the 2nd Hard drive.

C is showing as Boot and OS drive, your second drive doesn't have a drive letter, just right click and assign drive letter.
