It was working fine up until today where in the morning I noticed my PC stutter a lot, which it doesn't usually do. So I did a little investigating and found out my HDD isn't recognized in the Windows Explorer. I rebooted the PC and it recognized it, I could access my files, but only for a minute or so after which the HDD wasn't recognized anymore. In Disk Management it detected a small (a couple of MB) partition of the drive, but not the 3TB partition. After another restart it doesn't recognize it anymore. I tried replacing the SATA cable, but I get no results. I should mention the PC is a desktop which I built myself about 4 years ago. If you have any idea how to fix this please let me know.

UPDATE: After enetring BIOS and restarting I got access to my HDD
I ran some tests and it turns out, "Reallocation Sector Count" is at fault - my HDD is dying :(
