My 32"Philips TV won't on even the red light.I replaced the Power Supply and mainboardstillnothing

32" Philips TV won't turn on even the Red light on the Front Screen won't come on. I changed the Power Supply and the Main Board but still the same thing.I can here the Power Supply on would anyone else know what it could be.

Maybe bad screen or some other connectioln. For a 32" TV it would be cheaper to just replace it. You can find used TVs in that size for about $100 or so.
