620W PSU
Ignoring the prices, which one of those gpus is the best one?

they are pretty much the same. i chose the 1650 super myself for the lower power usage. first non-amd card i have bought myself in probably 15 years!!

1650 super vs 1660 super is a big difference especially in price.
