My 4k TV will only display 1080p

I recently bought a 48" 4k TV to use as a monitor for gaming. It was working fine at 4k for a couple of weeks as a single display until I bought a display port to HDMI cable for my 2nd TV, a 22" 1080p screen. When I connected the 2nd TV the resolution on my 4k went to 1080p as the max resolution, I tried using different HDMI's and only using the 4k TV by itself and still the same problem, it will only show the max resolution as 1080p.

Heres my setup
- i7-4820k (3.7GHz)
- 16GB corsair Vengence RAM
- Gtx 770 4GB
- Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3
- Windows 7 Ultimate

HDMI supports 4k, I think your problem has something to do with using HDMI for a secondary monitor. It will limit it to 1080p. Switch back to displayport.

I initially was using the display port to HDMI Cable for my 4k TV and then switched it back to the regular HDMI cable, both times it was the same problem as above.

Im currently having the same issue on a Sharp Aquos 4k 50" tv I'm trying to use as a monitor. It is only outputs in 1080i and looks awful.
