MY 500 GB WD only shows 60GB

Hello,
My wd 500 gb lost reduced it storage to 60 gb.
Am able to utilize 60gb without issue, however my concern is where did the remaining over 400gb go?
I have tested using both LInux OS and Windows 10, and on disk mgt but it only displaying 60gb.

How many partitions are on the HDD? Was the full capacity previously available?
