My 512gb addlink m.2 drive has somehow split into 2 disks, 1 of them having 475gb and the other having 464gb.

I have no clue what I have done but I can't seem to make it normal again.

It's not a partition.

That is 2 physical devices, Disk 2 & 3.

On only Disk 2, Right click and "New Simple Volume"
What happens?

Your OS is o a 250GB HDD, that is dying?
It just turns into a primary partition and yes my hard drive doesn't work unless I put it in safe mode. (I only recently got this pc that I built and the hard drive was from my old rig that was broken)

Ok, that physical drive turns into a primary partition.
What happens with Disk 3?

Those drives, Disk 2 & 3, would indicate a physical 512GB drive and a physical 500GB drive.
The 512 depicted in your photo.

It does the same thing and turns into a primary partition, and I don't have a second 1 so it's really weird.

at Lion99,
It's been over 3 weeks and nothing, not a peep? I don't think they believed you. I wasn't sure if I did. Guess you've either returned it or sent it in for service by now.
