can i play games on 1080 ultra or 1440p its mostly for wife work but its just a curious question.

Purpose: my job in medical coding on dual monitors/youtube/listen to music/ online school work.

1080p, sure, probably high and not ultra settings.

1440p is a no.

Good build - the graphics card is what holds it back from full potential. Good deal for what you paid though, although I don't understand the B85 w/ 4770k.
