I have a 65 inch hisense TV (2yrs old) and it randomly stopped working, I thought maybe it was the power board which I replaced but the picture doesn't turn on still, would anyone have an idea on what I could do?? it's the family TV.

contact Hisense and see what type of local repair options they offer.
most large manufacturers/distributors have local repair shops all over the place that are licensed to handle their components.

what's the warranty status on the set?
The warranty isn't good anymore it was only for 1 year and I didn't take the extended warranty because they didn't have a option.

if any local repair options they have available are asking much for diagnosis and/or repair i would just say forget it and look into a new set.

the last dead TV i fixed was a 40.5" LG with a blown mainboard.
cost me ~$150 for the replacement board when a used version of the same TV was only ~$200.
i was lucky that the replacement actually worked.
it's very hard to diagnose what exactly has malfunctioned.
