My 750ti is hitting 100% load after 20mins of my computer being on. No matter what is running.

As the title states.

It's not a Driver problem I have downgraded them and done a fresh install. I have uninstalled possible programs that could be causing it, nothing is fixing it.

My iGPU is not affected by this problem when no graphics card is connected. The card is not overheating it is at 40c Idle in a warm room.

things like that also will the card do what you say if you booted to safe mode ???
