My 7700k runs ridiculously hot

Hey, I recently built a computer, specs and photo here:
http://imgur.com/0afMGMR

The X62 is top mounted and the 3 case fans are in standard position
In HWMONITOR though, I see temps of 70 degrees celsius after playing an hour of Rainbow Six Siege

I am using Performance profile on CAM software, and cam has, several times, alerted me the CPU got hotter then 70 degrees "Potentially decreasing lifespan"

My GPU however never exceeds 63 degrees celsius.

I'm really worried and I don't know what I should do, can anyone help me out?

Solution
70c might seem high, but 80 I the recommended limit. It's when you exceed 80 for a long time it deteriorates. You need to check your idle temps. They should be around room temp + anywhere from 1-10c (23-32) or higher if your room temp is higher. 22c is about 70f I think.

The 7700k is a high end chip. If you get it without sufficient cooling, you're doing it wrong in the first place. Do the chip some liberty and get a Noctua NH-D14/15 or a quality Closed Loop water cooler. You'll see a large difference. I game at 60 or less at a 4.8 oc. Using CPUz it goes up to 66c.

I hate to say it, but this goes out to anyone who is skeptical about the temps on this chip: Don't get a high end chip like this and expect great temps from crap cooling...

But 70c without overclocking is ludicrously high, and very loud...

Ugh, I know. But the fans are spinning extremely hard to keep it at 70c not even overclocked

This is worryingly poor performance and I need a solution

Man I'm gonna stay away from the 7700k that's for sure. I see so many of these threads daily. 70c isn't that bad though, I mean sort of bad with a nice liquid cooler and no OC though. My 4790k runs around 70c gaming OC'd to 4.5 with same cooler. My fan/pumps are on silent mode though and I barely hear my computer running. Yours runs 70c with max fan speeds / pump speeds? x62 sounds like a jet taking off at max I couldn't handle that shit

If you do have a good highly rated cooler and your temps seem off, make sure you check all the parts. Reseat it and when you take off the cooler make sure the thermal paste did get across the whole chip. Make sure it is properly seated. Properly cleaning it before reseating using the right materials actually will make a noticeable difference. Get better fans for the radiator. Ensure proper venting and airflow.

It might be possible there's something off about the cooler. Also running the fans at max actually can be detrimental. Read up on PQ curves with fans and actual cooling. It's moreso effective with radiators.

Solution
Apparently my motherboard picked the wrong voltage (1.380) instead of 1.240.
I updated the bios and this seemed to fix it.
Temps are about 10 degrees celsius lower after an hour of Rainbow Six Siege. Noticed a decrease in GPU temperature as well.

Got this help from Reddit.

Fixed the issue, really. Forcing the fans to spin alot less loud.

So don't be afraid of the 7700k, voltage was just off alot
