My 8400 gs is heat at default speed

my card 8400 gs is heating at default speed at 59 degree c temp when overclocked it memory clock to 350-423 65 degree temp wat is should do any idea plz reply me

Are those the idle temperatures or full load temps?
In both cases, it's okay. You should increase the fan speed of your GPU, that is if it has a fan.
Why did you even OC an 8400GS? You won't get good performance anyways. You should upgrade that GPU.
