Question My 8GB is using 4GB only.

If you check the two screenshots above you will notice that 400MB is actually 10% of my memory? Isn't it supposed to be 5%?
I was playing GTA Online and noticed that once it reaches 3GB the game starts freezing, i checked the task manager to find out my computer is using 94% of my memory.

Forgive me if i seem to be illiterate i don't know much about these kind of things :v.

Windows uses 3GB of RAM to run. You have 5 left, lower the settings in GTA?

Oh so the task manager shows the available RAM? Okay well can i lower the memory usage of the windows?
Also as stupid as it sounds, can i use my VRAM as RAM lol? I have 8GB of vram, i don't need that much.

No you can’t VRAM is tied to the GPU
