[SOLVED] My 8gb ram stick shows up as 0gb in BIOS

I don't know when this happened or how. I noticed it due to my game running so poorly. I have HyperX fury DDR4 2x8 gb ram which I've had for a bit over a year. When I go into system manager I apparently have 10 gb of ram and in my BIOS both sticks register and light up in the case however one of the sticks shows up as having 0gb while the other shows up as having 8gb. I have tried reseating and changing slots and it's always the same ram stick (not a problem with the slot).

this is what I get. Not sure what to do with this info.
