My 970 Strix Core Speed doesnt match in Unigine Benchmarks

Hi, im trying to get into overclocking but have ran into a problem. My cards factory specs as shown on GPU-Z are:
GPU Clock: 1114MHz
Boost: 1253MHz
Memory: 1753MHz

If i run Unigine Heaven 4.0 it says in the corner of the screen:
Graphics: 1455MHz
Memory: 3505MHz

I realise the memory looks different because its doubled, but the core clock speed doesnt match, and shows up way higher than im supposed to be getting.

When overclocked my GPU-Z shows:
GPU Clock: 1320MHz
Boost: 1459MHz
Memory: 1900MHz

But the benchmark programs shows:
Graphics: 1661MHz
Memory: 3800MHz

I assume its just a bug or something as my temp doesnt go above 70 degrees celcius and at 1661mhz it should be cooking.

Anyone know why its showing so high on the core speed? Should i be worried?

As far as I know Unigine shows the clock speeds higher than usual and thus incorrect. Other tools like GPU Z and afterburner dont agree with unigine.
Mine also shows crazy speeds for my 980ti G1 in Unigine.
