My a10 9700 is running very slow. What is the problem?

My APU should have a good performance, like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IMf8XMrs4lA

But I'm not able to play outlast, even at minimum settings, it laggys a lot. In the video, the guy ruuned fortnite at a good settings and it ruuned without lag, but here, even with all in the low it laggys.
My computer is:
a10 -9700
8GB 2400Mhz ddr4 ram + 4gb 2400mhz ddr4 ram
550w evga bronze power supply
Windows 10 64bits in dual boot with solus os
motherboard a320m msi grenade am4
HDD WD SATA 3,5 1TB
SSD kingston 120GB (but i'm not using this)

So, whats is the problem with my computer? In linux, seems to be running normal, because the amd drivers there are bad, but in windows it should have a better performance.

Should I set the BIOS to 1GB for the graphic card of the APU? Or should I try it in auto mode?

Yes, newest bios and drivers. I've already restored bios to default a lot of times.

I've used driver booster, but I downloaded the APU driver direct from AMD's site

I just solved it.

If you have the same problem, just go to your bios and change the "advanced graphics" configuration from PEG TO IGD (because peg is pci express and igd it's the integrated)

Just buy a GPU my friend. You can find a RX460 or GTX750ti on ebay for about 70-80$. At medium-high settings these will run any game smoothly.
