My Acces Point needs to be restarted few times a day

I have an Acces Point and my wi-fi on phone works fine and then it stops working and says Internet may not be available , and i have to restart my AP , it usually happens 2-3 times a day and usually at evening idk why , can it be solved , i tried restarting on many ways , factory restart but nothing works. Sometimes it got fixed by itself for a couple of days wi-fi works fine and then it just starts doing the same thing and its so frustrating to restart it since my AP is in my basement... Anyone has a way of fixing it , would be grateful !
 
Solution
First I would check to see if there is any firmware update from the manufacture for you AP. Maybe you get lucky and it is a software bug. Still what you describe is what a device that has a hardware failure looks like.
