My account (Armel_08) got banned for spam because i was using a VPN while creating the account. Is there any way to appeal?

Hello there. I was trying to create an account here on Toms Hardware to try and fix an issue with my PC, and i was using a VPN while creating an account, so while my account was being checked by an admin, i apparently got banned for spamming. I think either somebody used the exact vpn (ProtonVPN) to spam the forums, so when i created my account I got caught in the crossfire, or they banned VPN's to prevent spam, which is acceptable as a security measure. Can i get help finding a way to appeal or have a mod re-check my account if one comes across? Thanks!

I have removed the ban from the account. Do you know the password to the account, if so I can merge these together, or reset the password if you do not, then merge.
