My acer aspire 5520 wont load windows

my acer aspire 5520 is powering up but not coming on.........not loading windows and the screen isn't coming on either......

Are you able to boot into safe mode (F8) key during startup ?
If so, you can try a Windows restore to prior date when you could boot.
