My Acer Aspire 5733 does not read my Blu-Ray Disc

Hello,

I've recently been given a gift of Harry Potter Blu-Ray DVDs, however when I put it in my laptop (which is supposed to have blu-ray installed), nothing happens. I click on "computer" and it just shows the D drive, it doesn't show up on my computer at all. I have no idea what to do.

I have a Windows 7 and I installed PowerDVD 11 if that helps.

According to Acer website, none of the Aspire 5733 models (AS5733Z-4477, AS5733Z-4469, AS5733Z-4851) have blu-ray drive.
